Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for jewellery that is unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return.
Do you offer a warranty? At House of Even, we design jewellery to be lived in. Every piece is crafted from recyclable stainless steel with 18k PVD gold plating, paired with natural pearls and gemstones that make each design unique.
We stand behind the quality of our jewellery, which is why every item comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This covers:
