What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for jewellery that is unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every House of Even piece is covered by a 1-year warranty.
Our jewellery is designed to be lived in. We work with premium, recyclable materials, including surgical-grade stainless steel and S925 sterling silver, finished with high-quality gold plating ranging from 14K, 18K and 24K, depending on the design.
Where applicable, we use advanced PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) technology, which bonds gold to the base metal for a thicker, more durable, and longer-lasting finish compared to standard fashion plating. This results in pieces made to withstand everyday wear while maintaining their beauty over time.
Our collections feature natural pearls, gemstones, and crystals, each selected for its unique beauty and energy. These natural materials deserve gentle care — avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, or harsh chemicals to preserve their lustre and longevity.
We stand behind the quality of our jewellery, which is why every item comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This covers:
- Clasps or chains that break under normal wear
- Loose stone or pearl settings
- Faulty links or connectors
Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by perfumes, chemicals, or cleaning agents
- Natural ageing or variation of pearls and gemstones
- Oxidation due to individual skin pH levels
- Accidental breakage, misuse, or everyday wear and tear
