We ship all orders from our Australian studio/warehouse.

Do you ship internationally?
We proudly ship worldwide from Australia.

Estimated delivery times for international orders are typically 6–27 business days, depending on destination country, customs clearance, and local courier processing times.

Please note that import duties, customs charges, VAT, GST, or local taxes may apply upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

House of Even is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services.

For international returns, shipping costs, customs charges, duties, and any local taxes paid at delivery are non-refundable.
